Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands located in the province of North Holland. Amsterdam is the 5th of most visited tourist destination in whole Europe with more than 4 million tourist visitors per year. There are more then 350 Amsterdam hotels and two thirds of them are located in the town central. For transportation you can use buses and trams, but many visitors prefer to use bicycles since Amsterdam is one of the most bicycle-friendly cities in the world. Studded with many different bridges and canals, Amsterdam cries to be explored by foot or by bike. To view different masterpieces go and visit the Rijksmuseum, and if you have time look in the Van Gogh Museum, shop in the Waterlloplein and to have a nice view go to the beautiful flower market. Amsterdam has about fifty museums, which attract few millions of visitors each year.
